Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica Yoga & Surf Retreat

Join Erin for a rejuvenating and magical week-long retreat to Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula (the most bio-diverse place on the planet according to National Geographic)!

We will be staying for 7days/6 nights at the Encanta La Vida Beach Jungle Lodge, a luxurious and eco-friendly retreat center nestled between rain forest and sea. Imagine a brief stroll through the chocolate groves to catch some waves on the private Pan Dulce Beach or hiking into the jungle to encounter waterfalls, four species of monkeys, toucans, parrots and countless other wildlife.

Mornings will consist of an energizing and enlivening yoga class on the top-tier of the yoga deck overlooking the ocean with an organic and gourmet breakfast to follow. Afternoons are for you to dream and create. An evening meditation and restorative yoga class will be offered as well. We'll end the day together with a family dinner at the lodge.

All yoga and surfing is optional. You will have an endless variety of activities to choose from including adventuring on a hike through the rain forest, waterfall repelling, surf rentals or lessons, stand up paddle boarding, zip-lining or horseback riding on the beach to lounging at the pool swim up bar, hammock naps, organic facials or thai massage and touring an organic chocolate farm just to name a few!

This retreat is designed for you to reconnect with nature, yourself and community and to become re-inspired by possibility. Pura Vida really is the embodiment of the retreat!
